It also lays out all pricing so there are no surprises down the road. You can never be too thorough during this time!
Most importantly through any service is the health of the hair and that is typically my goal every client- every time, even if that means the desired service isn't met exactly on the first go.
One of my favorite parts of delivering the client experience is doing a great shampoo. This allows everyone to fully relax while we give a relaxing scalp massage. Yet my absolute passion and love comes from creating a transformation on a client! Working from the client’s before and seeing the client get excited by the after drives me.
