Hair Stylist - Level IV



I feel I deliver a great customer experience from the time clients enter the salon, starting  with the perfect consultation. As their appointment comes to an end, I aid in helping them pre-book their future appointments.
 
The perfect consultation allows me to stay on the same page as my clients. As stylists we need to stay current with trends (and also our Florida environment!) and offer the appropriate individualized hair prescription.
 
It’s important to give solutions to problems. A lot of the time chair education is sharing about products- how and when to use them. It’s great that clients buy products, but they don't work if they are not being used correctly.
 
It’s important that we all do things similarly to provide consistency for our clients. It’s great to have a support system to lean on and continually learn from.
 
My passion for hair is all about the people...I love making them feel great!
