PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the StyleStash rewards program which is operated by Cut and Color Room of Dr. Phillips Corporation or its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, "The Cut & Color Room"). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with The Cut & Color Room for products, services or otherwise. The Cut & Color Room reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the StyleStash rewards program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to StyleStash at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.cutandcolorroom.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in StyleStash confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to StyleStash. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in StyleStash.
This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use StyleStash under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Program Overview
The StyleStash rewards program is one way in which The Cut & Color Room endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing The Cut & Color Room business.
StyleStash benefits are determined based on the dollars spent during visits to The Cut & Color Room. Points are for promotional purposes only and have no cash value.
Currently, when you spend one dollar on Services and/or Take-Home products, you receive one point.
Once you reach a specific Level within the StyleStash rewards program, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that Level. Point levels which allow for redemption range from 100 points to 10,000 points. Full-size Take-Home products do not include electric tools such as Styling Irons, Curling Irons, Blow Dryers, or Hair Growth Devices.
From time to time, The Cut & Color Room may grant double points based on purchases of selected Services and/or Take-Home products. These are limited time offers and may not be combined with other discounts or offers.
StyleStash members earn 5 additional points when they coordinate a future appointment while they are still in the salon. This future appointment is an appointment scheduled for the following calendar day or later.
StyleStash members earn 100 additional points when they refer another person to the salon.
StyleStash members do not receive rewards points when they purchase a Gift Card. StyleStash members do receive rewards points when they use a Gift Card to pay for their purchase.
Miscellaneous
There are currently no membership fees associated with StyleStash rewards program. Points accumulated under the program have no cash value.
Your Points, benefits, and your account under the StyleStash rewards program are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to family, friends or others. You may, however, collect points on behalf of others in your household including children and spouse. Points will only be awarded to one individual.
The Cut & Color Room reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in StyleStash rewards program if The Cut & Color Room determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
The Cut & Color Room reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the StyleStash rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
