D. Scott Ball is the creative force behind The Cut & Color Room, our newest boutique styling salon, located in the heart Dr. Phillips. With over fifteen years experience as a stylist, a salon owner, a national educator and platform artist, Scott is excited to bring his passion to Dr. Phillips, where he has created a hip salon that offers result-based products, employs a creative yet professional team, offers fair prices and delivers a “No Attitude Environment.” 

Haircutting, coloring and styling all come together with every visit. Scott leads his team in a systematic approach dedicated to the client experience. The Cut & Color Room team strives to provide the ultimate client experience from one visit to the next. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact our Front Desk team within five business days of your appointment. We are committed to your total satisfaction and will be glad to address any challenges that you have with your hair. If you're not fully satisfied with a Take-Home product, please return it within 14 days and we will issue you a credit for your future use at The Cut & Color Room.
