I forgot to "Check In" during my last visit to the salon. Can I still get my points from that visit?
  Unfortunately, we are only able to provide points during your current visit once you click, "Check In."


My whole family comes to The Cut & Color Room.  Can I get their points in my StyleStash account?
  You are able to collect the points in your StyleStash account for multiple family members. You must be present at the time of their scheduled appointment so that you are able to "Check In." You can receive points for their Services + Take-Home product purchases regardless if you are the one providing payment. (Only one person can claim points for the purchase made during the visit.)


I have a Windows Phone as my personal phone and a Blackberry for work.  Can I still get points?
  Of course! StyleStash is powered by Perka which is currently available as an app for iOS and Android devices. But, you can still participate in the program by texting "CUT" to 330.400.3300. (We recommend saving this number in your phone so that you can use it each time that you visit.)


I cashed in my points for a reward.  Why did my points return to zero?
  Every time you accumulate 100 points in your StyleStash account, you can choose one deluxe sample during your visit. After you select your deluxe sample, 100 points will be deducted from your StyleStash balance. You can also opt to save your points. When you accumulate 250 points in your account, you can choose a free OPI lacquer from a classic collection. After you select this product, 250 points will be deducted from your StyleStash balance. This process continues for the various point levels up to and including 10,000 points. StyleStash points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards.


I've been visiting the salon since 2004.  Can I get credit for my past visits?
  Thank you so much for your loyalty! StyleStash is a rewards program that launched on February 1, 2013. You are able to receive points for your purchases after this date.


I left my phone at home.  
  We are only able to reward points when you "Check In" using the Perka app or via text when you are at the salon.


I'm really close to a reward.  Can my husband give me some of his points?
  Points are not transferable from one StyleStash member to another.


I don't like a particular reward.  Can I pick something else from another category?
  You are able to use your rewards at the level you have earned (for example, 500 points) or you may choose to cash them for 5 deluxe samples valued at 100 points each. You can also stash your points and redeem them later for an even greater reward!


My friend sent me to the salon.  When do I get my referral points?
  First, thanks for joining us. We really appreciate referrals. You receive 100 points on your first visit to the salon when you enroll in StyleStash.  Your friend receives 100 points on their next visit to the salon. There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn by referring others to the salon.


I set up my appointments for the year and I didn't get my Bonus Points automatically.
  Points are not automatically added to your account. We can assist you and add the points for your future appointments on your next visit.


Do I get points when I buy a Gift Card?
  No. Points are provided following the purchase of Services + Take-Home products. However, you do receive points for purchases made using a Gift Card as your form of payment.


I need to return a product that I purchased.
  You are able to return any Take-Home product that you purchase within 14 days. No refunds are provided and we can assist you with your selection of another Take-Home product that will better suit your needs. Because no refunds are provided, no points are lost.


I got a new phone.  Will I lose my points?
  As long as you registered during the initial enrollment on your device, your email and password are that all you need to restore points on your new device. Your account is tied to your email address, which is why it's important to enter your email when prompted by the Perka app (SMS users, too!)


Will I get spam from Perka?
  No. Perka has a strict privacy policy, and your phone number and email are not shared with anyone—including The Cut & Color Room. Perka does allow you to sign up for notifications of specials from spots that you visit, but this is optional.  


Will using Perka over text cost me money?
  Normal texting rates apply to Perka texts. But, by participating in StyleStash powered by Perka, you'll earn perks that are worth more than the few cents it costs to text.
